As a non-profit organization, Greenpathway aims to integrate a formal curriculum addressing environmental sustainability on every scale in all schools throughout Brazil. The Green Curriculum, a project-based series of lessons, empowers the youth of our nation, enabling them to make sustainable choices and fulfill their duty as a global citizen.
Our Planet
Our planet is our priority. With the growing severity of climate change, biodiversity loss, resource depletion, and pollution, there is an immediate need for action. While sustainability is recognized as the first and most important step in the restoration of our planet, it is often seen as an inconvenience or a privilege, since it is assumed to be expensive and time-consuming. However, sustainability is a combination of practices which are environmentally, economically and socially sustainable. Therefore, true sustainability can be made available to all.
Our Organization
We believe that sustainability is a compromise, not a sacrifice. Sustainable practices can be incorporated within your current lifestyle, without increasing expenses or straining resources. We aim to prove and promote this message through our curriculum, making sustainability a habit rather than a burden.
